Low calorie dressing is overrated. That was my thought as I stood at the kitchen counter, tossing together greens for a salad and sprinkling it with bright red pomegranate seeds. Low calorie salad dressing just tastes like something is missing. You can keep adding more and more of it and your salad still won't taste very good. And by then you've added a lot more calories than if you had just gone ahead and used the real dressing in the first place.
More isn't always better.
